Managing collective trauma, anxiety, and high-stress situations can be uniquely challenging. However, you're not alone, and there are valuable tools and resources to empower you. 

The list on this page is not an exhaustive list but rather a reminder of some of the resources that are available and often complementary to some of the strategies you may already use. 

Online Asynchronous Resources

These helpful resources are free for all students undergrad, grad and med and can be used any time.

Explore an array of free online stress-relief resources. We have created and curated over 20 tools to meet the needs of the Brown community, from guided breathing exercises to safety planning worksheets to a sleep hygiene assessment.

In-person and Zoom Groups

For all students undergrad, grad and med.

BWell workshops are available for all Brown students and can be requested by anyone working with Brown students. Build skills and knowledge for community care, resiliency and thriving. You can request a curated workshop for your group or attend one of the many programs offered to the Brown student community.
Students can build skills and connect with others through workshops led by CAPS therapists.
Over 60 classes each week, designed for all fitness levels to have fun and get fit.
