Fulfilling Relationship Empowerment
Consent is a practice that can be applied to everyday social interactions as well as sexual experiences.
Relationships are an integral part of our well-being. Our connections with friends, romantic partners, roommates, coworkers, family, and others can have a significant impact on our emotional well-being, our physical health, and even our academic performance.
Living with a roommate is obviously different from living with your family, where you knew each other so well you didn't have to think twice about it. Then, suddenly, you come to college and are expected to share a hundred square feet of space with a total stranger, who may have a totally different background, lifestyle, and personal habits.
Many people have questions about the dynamics of consent when they, and/or their partners, have been drinking or using drugs.
