Simple breathing techniques are an effective stress management technique which can be practiced almost anywhere at anytime. Try these guided breathing practices to find one that works for you.

4-7-8 Breath

4-7-8 Breathing: inhale through your nose for 4 counts, hold your breath for 7 counts, then exhale completely through your mouth (with a "whoosh" sound) for 8 counts
